Each year school Superintendents and their staff members identify parents whom they believe to be outstanding. EMPOWER asks all of you school officials out there to not overlook parents of children with special needs. These parents work harder than most at supporting their children and school to assure that their child receives a sound education. So, this year don't overlook them! Join EMPOWER in honoring them!
